Blocking out whats not healthy for you is a huge start. Allowing whats nuturing for you is what's best.

When we block out the things that can cause stress, push us away from the everyday inner appeal on ones being then we are not giving the time and attention to the mind and the body. Life can definitely get busy, even with rolling up our sleeves projects, jobs and more but then exhaustion is easily able to adapt, that can cause us to start the push and divide of self love and less self care at times.

Here are some organizing tips even if you start small, inexpensive. The best self care is authentic pampering. You can do your own facials at home and spa services if you desire of course at home.
Your local cosmetic stores, beauty supply stores, cosmetic stores all can have the essentials you need.
 
Prepare atleast a minimum 4-5  hours or more if f you can. 
- Pray, Prayer is key! Being intimate with the Father is ONE OF THE MOST SELF  EFFECTIVE SOURCES OF LOVE! You can start your day with Prayer and commit to Prayer anytime of the day. When in Prayer,  release what may bother you to God. Ask for guidance  as he knows all. Give all burdens to him. This will allow you to not worry and focus on what's ahead. He has your back! God is a God of Love. Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you. Amen.
Movement Increase
A walk or run is an helpful increase to blood flow to the body, releases stress, and great excercise for the body. Truly a refresher. 
What's Needed
Leading right into what is needed next......... Pampering your body is not only a cleanse of stress but it designates a special place of true care that one must have on a daily refreshed basis. Stress can easily build up. No worries, just knowing what and how to fix it will ease everything.
-Take a nice steamy bubble bath and or shower, Use an exfoliant that scrubs away the top layers of skin that will instantly give your skin a revived look and feel.
Definitely Dress is up If you can! With flower petals, bath salt and essential oils for a bath make it even better. Truly soothe and soak. ***NEVER FALL ASLEEP DURING THIS PROCESS*** keep a bottle of cold water nearby incase you need to have a sip.
Soothing soaks, Once pampering yourself with a soothing bath or shower. Dive into some comfortable pajamas or clothes.
Staying In?
Great time to journal and sip on a hot tea. Drink water to also revive the calmness from the steamy bath or shower as well. This helps to balance out any tiredness that could come about. 
Going Out?
Put on that fit and treat yourself to simple things that make you smile. 
Lipstick, A new outfit and or that one thing you know you need. Remember simple things becuase over doing it won't help in this situation, it will be a substitue of self love and care more than intended and even reason to treat yourself which is fine but if  you do this multiple times a week you will quickly build that self care tab unless that is a preference, this is a suggestion however.
Simple things seem to make one smile and enjoy what life is really about. But remember this should be a separate expense then your shopping expense when buying clothing , shoes and anything else that you do on the regular. More so that thing you have always wanted or have needed but just didn't grab it. Or maybe you could use a new color in an item.
Everyone needs attention, who better to show it to than yourself? When someone else does it that is a bonus. To nurture yourself is knowing how to help nurture someone else.
What's pampering without hitting the  nail and hair salon or the barber shop? Well if desired. This also helps give a vibrant confidence  to increase self love for ones self. A fresh feel, bae beautiful and handsome. Keeping a fresh well kept appearance is very attractive to others. But keeping that feeling for you is even better!
A Personal Add - On
-Create a Charcuterie board, with someone or just yourself. Pop on a movie and relax.
Be creative as this is just a thought on how to show your self you can enjoy the simple things and use it becuase you need it. If you don't feel you know what that item is, don't buy anything. Rather enjoy your moment without over spending.
